Chris Conway is a co-founder and President of Hay Hill Advisors and has provided advisory services to healthcare providers for over a decade as a consultant and attorney. He has designed and overseen nearly 100 large-scale billing compliance audits that intersect with revenue cycle and compliance and has represented clients in over a dozen self-disclosures.
Chris holds an academic appointment at the University of Oxford with the Faculty of Law, where he is developing the Law, Regulations & Ethics Project. He has also served as a law professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was a Fellow in the Center for Compliance Studies. He is the co-author of Clinical Research and Health Insurance: A New Model for Managing Medical Research Billing, Preventing Insurance Fraud, and Negotiating Budgets with Trial Sponsors.
Chris serves as the principal auditor for Hay Hill Advisors and coordinates other healthcare professionals affiliated with Hay Hill as project manager. He also serves as principal lecturer for many of Hay Hill's educational offerings.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is the author of several articles on health policy and comparative health law.
