Ryan Meade has provided advisory services to health care providers as a consultant and attorney for 30 years. He has worked extensively with clients to design compliance programs, risk controls, audits, and CIA implementation plans. Ryan has represented clients in
over 60 self-disclosures and settlements and served as an IRO or advisor on nearly two dozen CIAs. He has additional specialties in revenue cycle compliance and clinical research regulatory compliance. He has worked with over half of all academic medical centers in the
U.S. or their School of Medicine affiliates on clinical research billing and human subject protection matters.
Ryan is a law professor at the University of Oxford where he is developing the Oxford Law, Regulations & Ethics Project. He is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Compliance Studies, which he founded, at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Ryan taught health law at Loyola for nearly 20 years. He is a graduate of Northwestern University, Cornell University, and the University of Edinburgh.
Ryan has authored numerous articles and chapters in books on regulatory compliance and legal theory. He is the co-author of the forthcoming book, Clinical Research Financial Regulations.

where he is a Fellow in the Center for Compliance Studies. He also has an academic appointment at the University of Oxford with the Faculty of Law where he is working on developing the Law, Regulations & Ethics Project for its work in the UK and the US. He is the co-author of the forthcoming book, Clinical Research Financial Regulations.
Chris serves as the principal auditor for Hay Hill Advisors services and coordinates other health care professionals affiliated with Hay Hill as project manager. He also serves as principal lecturer for many of Hay Hill Education’s course offerings.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is the
author of several articles on health policy and comparative health law.
